LLP "Transport Holding of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the Partnership) is a subsidiary of JSC "Kedentransservice." As a legal entity registered January 28, 2005 the Department of Justice of Astana city state registration certificate №0565536 series B.
Certificate of state re-registration by May 30, 2008 №30967-1901-AO issued by the Department of Justice of Astana.
The partnership included in the State Register of natural monopolies by the Chairman of NMRA №415-ML from 28.12. 2011
The main objectives of the LLP "Transport Holding of Kazakhstan" are:
- Provision of services on the access road for the passage of rolling stock in the absence of competitive access road;
-Provision of services on the driveway for shunting, loading and unloading, other technological operations of transport process, as well as for parking rolling stock, unforeseen technological operations of the transportation process, in the absence of competitive driveway.
